ഫയൽ/തപാൽ ന്റെ നിലവിലെ സ്ഥിതി അറിയുവാൻ
ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ഡിപ്പാട്ട്മെന്റിന്റെ ദേശീയ ഇ-ഗവേൺസ് പ്ലാന്റില് മിഷന് മോഡ് പ്രോജക്ടിലാണു ഇഒഫ്സ്. ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ഫയൽ സിസ്റ്റം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പഴയ മാനുവൽ പ്രോസസ് മാറ്റി പകരം ഉൽപാദനക്ഷമത, നിലവാരം, വിഭവ മാനേജ്മെന്റ്, ടൺനൗണ്ട് സമയം, വർദ്ധിച്ചുവരുന്ന സുതാര്യത എന്നിവ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്താൻ ഇഒഫ്സ് ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു. ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റ്സ് / കളക്ടർ / സെക്രട്ടേറിയറ്റ് എന്നിവയുടെ ഫയൽ / ടേപൽ സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പൊതു ഇടപെടലാണ് ഇഒഫിസ് സിറ്റിസെൻ ഇന്റർഫേസ് കേരളത്തിലെ സർക്കാർ ഓഫീസുകൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു.
ഓൺലൈനായി നികുതി അടയ്ക്കൽ
ഭൂരേഖയുടെ ഓൺലൈൻ പോക്കുവരവും പരിപാലനവും ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചുള്ള വെബ് അധിഷ്ഠിത ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനാണ് ReLIS ( റവന്യൂ ലാൻഡ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ സിസ്റ്റം – റിലിസ്). ദേശീയഭൂരേഖ ആധുനികീകരണ പദ്ധതിയുടെ (NLRMP – നാഷണൽ ലാൻഡ് റെക്കോർഡ്സ് മോഡ്ഡണൈസേഷൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം) ഭാഗമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതി റവന്യൂ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സംവിധാനങ്ങളുടെ സംയോജിതമായപ്രവർത്തനം ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു. സ്വത്തുതർക്കം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുക, ഭൂരേഖാപരിപാലനസമ്പ്രദായത്തിലെ സുതാര്യത ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക എന്നിവയിലൂടെ രാജ്യത്തെ ഭൂസ്വത്തുകളുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം കൃത്യവും സമഗ്രവുമാക്കുകയാണ് ReLIS (റിലിസ്) വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

സേവന ആപ്ലിക്കേഷൻ സോഫ്റ്റ്വെnയർ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ യൂണിറ്റുകളിൽ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് ആയി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ ജനനങ്ങളുടേയും, മരണങ്ങളുടേയും, വിവാഹങ്ങളുടേയും വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് രജിസ്റ്ററിലെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തലുകളിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള തിരുത്തലുകൾ നടത്തുന്നതിന് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ യൂണിറ്റിലെ (പ്രാദേശിക സർക്കാർ) രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ വിഭാഗത്തെ സമീപിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
